Four Things, Built Properly.

Most large agencies sell you a campaign. I build the infrastructure underneath it: the funnel, the automations, the operating system that keeps them running when nobody's watching, and the audit that tells you what's quietly costing you. Usually some combination of the four. Always the ones your business actually needs.

Before you inquire

Let's Save Us Both a call

I'd rather you read this and decide not to contact me than spend thirty minutes finding out we're wrong for each other. Be honest about which column you're in.

This is you

  • You have an offer that already sells. It's the machinery behind it that's held together with tape.
  • You've outgrown doing it yourself, and the workarounds now cost more time than the fix would.
  • You want to own your systems: built in your accounts, documented, yours to keep.
  • You'd rather be told "don't spend money on that yet" than be sold something that won't work.
  • You can make a decision without running it past four people.
  • You care how it works, not just how it looks.

This isn't

  • Nobody has bought your offer yet. No amount of funnel fixes an unvalidated offer, and I'll say so on the call.
  • You want the cheapest quote. I'm not it, and the version that is will cost you more to redo.
  • You need it live by Friday. Good systems get scoped before they get built.
  • You want someone who agrees with everything. I'll push back when the data says to.
  • You want a pretty page and nothing underneath it. Plenty of people do that well. I'm not the right spend.
  • You want to hand it over and never hear about it again. I'll need you for the decisions only you can make.

Still nodding along to the first list? Good. That's the conversation I want to have.

01

Funnel Builds

End-to-end builds: landing pages, VSL funnels, webinar registration, checkout, upsells and the email sequences that carry people through. Built, tested and staged before you record a word, so nothing gets done the day before launch.

  • Landing, sales and checkout pages
  • VSL and webinar funnels
  • Email sequences and automations
  • Calendar and scheduling integration

For you if: the offer is good and the path to buy it isn't built yet.

02

Automation Architecture

The connective tissue. Systems that move data between your tools without anyone copying and pasting. Designed to fail loudly rather than silently, so you find out before your client does.

  • Multi-tool workflows and integrations
  • HighLevel CRM setup and management
  • Onboarding and fulfilment sequences
  • Internal alerts and reporting
  • Custom AI tooling where it earns its place

For you if: the same information gets entered twice, or something breaks weekly.

03

Operations Systems

The part nobody sells and everybody needs. Documented processes, a backend that holds your work, and handoffs that survive someone being on holiday. The systems I run my own business on.

  • Ops backend design and migration
  • SOPs and delivery documentation
  • Client onboarding and handoff flows
  • Dashboards and internal reporting

For you if: the process lives in your head and nowhere else.

04

Audits

A full look at your tools, systems and numbers to find what's quietly costing you time and money. One audit found an AI tool burning 4,000 credits a month on a feature nobody used.

  • Tool and subscription review
  • Automation and tracking check
  • Data accuracy review (can you trust your numbers?)
  • A prioritized fix list, in plain language

For you if: you're paying for more tools than you use, or you don't trust your reports.

How Engagements Work

  1. We scope it first

I come back with what I'd build, in what order, and what it costs.

  2. Projects or ongoing

Some work is a defined build with an end date. Some is ongoing management. I'll tell you which one you need, including when the answer is neither.

  3. You own everything

Built in your accounts, documented as it goes. No hostage systems, no dependency on me to keep it running.

If what you need isn't on this list, say so anyway. Half of what I build starts as a problem someone couldn't find a category for.
